Tokyo: karaoke, party, hangover, sightseeing...
After two weeks on the Hokkaido island shredding pow pow every day, we headed to Tokyo. Thanks to Lisa, who pretty much organized the trip, we stayed in a hotel in Shibuya a minute away from the famouse crossing lights. Pretty much the perfect location to enjoy our last two nights in Japan.
Rudi having a shabu shabu, the Japanese version of our meat fondue...so good
Lisa and me also shabu shabu stoked
After dinner we went to this Karaoke place... two hours of singing and free alcohol
You get a little room, a TV, two Mics, free booze and the party is on...
Our friend Mari, the party guide, and René having a good time at the karaoke
Duet by René and Lisa
Prendi is definitely the best singer of the crew...after the karaoke we jumped in a cab and we went to Roppongi
Mari and Lisa in front of the club. Mari even organized some VIP wristbands for us = free drinks again
René, Lisa, Mari and me partying in Roppongi
The next day with a bit of hangover we visited the Meiji Shrine
Huge Sake barrels
The Meiji Shrine, is the shinto shrine dedicated to the deified spirits of Emperor Meiji and his wife
Lisa found a pink friend with lots of pink toys in her backpack
Lisa a bit sad to leave...Goodbye Japan. She thinks *mhh one more day in Tokyo and I could go shopping*
Me ready to sleep and dream about all those good memories
oyasuminasai - goodnight
