Val Senales - Night Shooting
In the last couple of weeks we went up twice to Val Senales in order to collect some extra shots for our up coming movie.
The first day we had an amazing time shredding the park without cameras...
Dominik blasting a fs 3 tail on the middle line
Nico and his snowsurf were also there...
slashing like there is no tomorrow.
Later on that day all the boys showed up
and we all chilled the terrace...
The first night we weren't blessed with the weather. As soon as we started setting up lights, cables, crane and generator a big thunderstorm came in... in less than 5 minutes we were all soaking wet.
The crew checking out the park just a minute before it started lightening...
We waited in the park for one hour, hoping it will stop raining...
and then the cat-driver gave us a lift back to the hut
Alva drying out the whole set up...
Simon and Alva drying out their boots.
Some of us went to bed and some started drinking... René testing his new helmet
Prendi and Alva checking out the weather (thanks René for the helmet)
...and then we tried the smoking mashine...
The next day the weather finally started cooperating with us.
so after some reshape we were finally able to hit the hip...
This is the hip...for sure not the biggest one, but the best one we could find in Europe in July.
After the hip session we left Val Senales because the weather forecast for the next days wasn't promising anything good.
The week after we came back to hit the gap kicker...
The crew checking out the wu...
Our jump from an other perspective.
After a couple of warm up jumps the session went down...everyone got a couple of shots before the sun came out.
360 picture from René. The crew packing up after spending the night on the glacier.
Beatiful sunrise...before getting in bed
All in all we had a great time, we got some shots and we met a bunch of really cool people.
Thanks a lot to F-TECH (Alex, Peter, Johannes, Simon, Max, Fabbro and everyone else who helped out), Eleonora Raggi, Rudi Wyhlidal (for the life style pics of the first day), all the riders and for sure our man Prendi without all of you guys this wouldn't have been possible.
Stay tuned for the next teaser dropping soon...
Cheers
Alva
